Trauma & Bio Hazard House Clearance Derby Services

We offer specialist property cleaning and house clearance services in Derby.

Accredited members of the National Academy of crime scene cleaners, we are fully qualified to undertake this type of work. It is particularly important to have clinical waste dealt with legally and professionally, due to the potential risk to health.

You can entrust your Derby house clearance and cleaning needs to us, as we are fully insured, highly trained and can also search for any items of personal importance or financial value you may require back from the property, subsequently protecting yourself and your family.

Hoarded Property Clearance:

Clearing a hoarder's property presents many risks. Sometimes the sheer weight of the items can pose dangers as well as trip hazards in the property. There may be potentially hazardous substances in the property and in some cases; there may be bodily fluids that present further risk to health. During the house clearance we are able to look for items that may be missing and also recover documents you may need. Our hoarded property house clearance covers all of Derby and Derbyshire.

Unattended Death / Decomposition:

The scene of a death can be dangerous and traumatic. Blood, faeces, urine and bodily fluid from decomposition carries an extremely high risk of infectious disease, some of which are potentially fatal. A single drop of bodily fluid can carry dangerous pathogens that remain a present risk for long periods of time. An untrained person should never clean up or dispose of items in this situation.

A body that remains undiscovered for extensive periods of time can attract insect infestations, further contaminating the property with additional odours that will permeate nearby structures and furnishings. We are fully trained by the Academy of Crime Scene cleaners and can effectively sanitise, deodorise and clear any contaminated waste from the property, neutralizing biological hazards and odours alike.

Filthy & Verminous House Clearance Derby:

Often, a filthy and verminous property can carry infestation, bodily fluid, faeces, urine or other hazardous substances. We can carry out a house clearance for you, disposing of waste safely and appropriately, before effectively sanitising and deodorising the property for you.

Our sanitising and deodorising service is available independently or as part of a full house clearance. We offer our specialist house clearance services in Derby and Derbyshire but are also able to offer our trauma clean services to other regions in the UK.
